RWTH Aachen University

Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule a.k.a RWTH Aachen University, located in Aachen, the western most city of Germany. The University founded in 1870 as a polytechnic institute is now one of the most prestigious Technical universities in Europe, with more than 30,000 students. The university's main stream is Engineering and Science, but it has spread its wings in almost all fields.It offers courses in all fields except Pharmacy and Law. A survey says every 4th PhD student and every 4th Board member of German corporations are from RWTH....This authenticates the University's motto "Die Zukunft beginnt bei uns"("The Future begins with us").
