Four arrests were made this morning in a multi-million dollar mortgage fraud scheme involving hundreds of homes in Shelbyville.
The arrests were the result of a 16-month joint investigation by the Bedford County Sheriffs Department, the FBI and the Internal Revenue Service.
Taken into custody this morning without incident were:
* Roger Dwight Ritch, 52, of Shelbyville.
* William Thomas McMahan, 52, of Murfreesboro.
* Jonathan B. Henderson, 39, of Murfreesboro.
* Carrie Camerson Galvin Snow, 40, of Murfreesboro.

There needs to be more law enforcement looking out for white collar crime. It is probably a lot more prevalent then we know about.

It's a start in the right direction, but the people whom they actually worked for walks away with the majority of the money generated and no charges whatsoever.
Somehow I doubt that these are just rogue operatives...
