in most cases replaces desperate ravings for the better

This would replace Desperate Ravings (most likely) in my Burning Vengeance deck.

throwing away cards can be scary but in the case of most of the deck ideas we threw out in the video it would make it a 2 time red use for similar effects as Zombie infestation... the only difference is you're discarding less usefull creatures or sorceries to pump either boneyard wurm/splinterfright/wreath of geists/etc... or runechanters pike/charmbreaker devils(brings back random instant/sorcery every upkeep)/etc... making the card arguably more functional than zombie infestation in my books.
