The title is an inside joke with myself. The other day I saw a video that called itself a "Thoughts from Places" ripoff even though the only thing that made it even slightly similar to the series was it's use of a voice over. While I do greatly enjoy "Thoughts from Places", I don't find the videos particularly innovative and think it is silly how people feel the need to credit the Vlogbrothers so much, as if they invented the concept of a travel vlog or the voice over. In conclusion, I have titled my video as such in a gesture of lighthearted jest.

  • the peter is BACK. i have thoroughly enjoyed your videos since ~light-ning up.

also, you will be interested in the film "my dinner with andre".

  • @sadtoot Thank you for acknowledging me being out of the rut. It's nice to know that my improvement isn't all just in my head.

  • -"Thoughts from Sandwich"??? Hahaha

    -That was great :]

I tend to multitask, but I rarely do it very well.

    Sometimes I think that I'll put my makeup on faster if I listen to fast music, but that usually just ends up with me getting distracted and dancing XD My mind tends to... wander... a bit :}

  • @iLeaveYouWithHugs But dancing is more important than make up anyway!

    Thanks Candace.

  • This is very interesting to me because I feel the same way, and it may come down to the physiological/biological level. There are some studies that suggest that the fact that we multi-task is actually rewiring our brains and therefore the way we think. Since getting my laptop, I feel like my focus has changed. I can't not multi-task or stay on one topic for too long without getting bored or skimming the page, and it's weirding me out because I used to be so attentive and focused in the long term

  • @KatieGrrl1016 Yeah, I guess it's that rewiring that worries me. I'm really into mentally disciplining myself, and I noticed how much I had slipped with the vegging/multitasking computer time. I would hate to lose my focus.

  • Sandwiches are important. I would never disrespect a sandwich by multitasking. It only gets five minutes to shine and I owe sandwiches my full attention.

  • The church-like clock in my house chimed midnight throughout most of this. It was quite dramatic.

  • This is fantastic! Awesome twist on the Vlogbrothers, I commend you sir.

  • whoa...that was a whole lotta ... deep.

  • @Od294 That to me is a very sobering thought.

  • This video has reappeared in my sub box at least twice now, YOU SLY DEVIL YOU

  • This video makes me want to clean my bedroom.

  • @Od294 But what's to say that such a change would be a bad thing? For all I know, the human race would be "better" off overall if we were chasing efficiency more than enjoyment. I can't predict what the world might be like under those terms, nor can objectively say what would be "better" or "worse" for the world/humans/myself. I just noticed a personal trend and decided to try something else for nothing more than the sake of experimentation.

  • Also, I hate your hands.

  • Epic petersandwichyepic video is epic

  • zen

  • As I was watching this, I was munching breakfast. You have shamed me.
