Trials demos comparing a Bachmann Class 25 and a Lima 37 on the longest trains ever on the Liskeard to Looe branch Model Railway... up the grade and on a very long passenger - if you saw the Bachmann Prairie struggle in one of my previous videos, you'll be amazed at this... NB the gradient on my layout is approx 1 in 13 - which is, I know, rediculously steep for a model, but I had limited space and a plan to fit in! If anyone can explain the different capabilities of these locos on the hill, please do leave comments!

  • That is great John, I will have to get my hacksaw out and twin-motor another one of the diesels to match yours. Very good viewing,

    regards, Joward, YJ;-))

  • Thanks YJ! But the thought of you hacking locos on my account does make me feel responsible! Please do video it though so we can watch!! lol
