National Airlines - Fly Maggie's Two 747s to New York

I remember flying on a National 747 from JFK to Miami in the early 70's. Less than a half full plane, a hot meal and WIDEBODY domestic service. Thanks to jimmy carter flying has become greyhound in the terminals and in the sky. Good God. Every time I have to fly now I thank him sarcastically under my breadth at check in!!!!!!!!

I believe there was a Women's Rights Protest, one of the protestants had a Sign that said "Go Fly yourself, National".

I believe this commercial was the inspiration for the 'I'm Mandy, Fly Me' song by 10cc.
