most of people dont understand why nuk-muay use banana tree to train muay.
1. banana tree is natural sandbag that very similar to strong human body.
2. kick or punch human body hard with bare hand or shin can hurt yourself too.
3. many western movie have muay thai kick hard tree (i never see thai people do that thing)
4. more valuable banana tree more they plant.
5. too less people understand this . sighhh
