@renfrow90 Exaclty another is like sexual repression, kids dont help this cus they can hinder the problem, like all pier pressure wen they're out with m8s, and they goad, and push the other to get with a girl. And if that other person doesnt feel ready in their Own mind, theres nothing wrong with this, but the stick they may get off their m8s if they didnt go all the way, may affect them afterwards. People dont realize this.
David...Internet porn is definitely NOT easy to deal with. Most Americans are on their computers much longer than many may realize which means there will be so many more things that can trigger that addiction. For instance facebook. If one of your friends posts a revealing picture, that feeling will be triggered and you will be more likely to search for porn.
@smcnaspy1 A relationship with Christ could be one way of doing it, but there are many other ways, considering all of the people who don't believe in Christ and how hard it is to get rid of an addiction by simply believing in Christ. I am a Christian, but I'm just saying. It's nice to realize there is more power in trusting in Christ or any higher power, but we shouldn't think that we're completely powerless without that kind of relationship or that we even need it to overcome problems.
With the prevelence of underage pornography it is safe bet that almost every porn addict is guilty of a sex crime against a minor. A vindictive wife would produce evidence that her husband has committed a sexual crime by simply producing his laptop or a history from the household ISP. Go get them ladies!
@smcnaspy1 I hear you. However, pornography has evolved out of sexual repression. A repression caused by the religious belief system that the human body in it's natural form is something to be ashamed of. Teaching that it's wrong to be seen without clothing is what gives pornography it's power. The moment that you forbid something is the moment that you give it strength.
@SilverGalford The problem with these porn addiction channels is that many of the supporters are quick to label people, even teenagers (you can't tell if a teenager is actually addicted or just a teenager) as addicts.
Some of those people also try to convince people to go to their "prayer groups" to aid them, many of these people convincing impressionable teenagers to meet them may take advantage of them. Some of them are probably cultists, some may be worse, noone warns them.
porn destroys love .

@MrBeautifulba1
The only thing that can rid someone's porn addiction, is a relationship with Christ Almighty!

If you want to get rid of the need for pornography, then get rid of religion.
