But the child was holding the weapon the wrong way from what I can tell from some other videos. The weapon didn't look like it was pulled high enough or tight enough into his shoulder.

Sub-machine gun. Its a 9mm Luger and no a 9mm won't rip you to pieces. Maybe if you have HP bullets and shoot a lot of em. I've shot .45 auto pistols and guns like that and they kicked a lot more than that gun did.

@geepgeep567 Well, that is not entirely true because Dad did not have to take the boys to the Ranch to shoot the weapon, that said, the Sheriff is out of his Walrus shaped head to think there is one bit of logic to posting an AD for ALL ages to join the fun and fire the most jicky weapons on Earth. There I agree with you 100%, And I think by the time the case came to trial the little community just wanted this to ALL go away & it looked to me like the Prosecutor knew that, and just mailed it in.

A powerful gun is a 50 cal rifle, 308, 7mag rifle....357Snub nose, and on. AN ooze, powerful? Hello its close combat and shoots rapidly so you have a damn chance of shooting someone. Why can't they ever get people that no what the hell they are talking about. There were safety precautions that were not taken in the event and that is where someone should be held at fault.
