  • I like high rep stuff! I just didn't come across this video until I searched for Hammer DB Curls and found your collection. LOL

Good job on the deadlifts! Of all the lifters on YouTube, I think I match you the most closely, with you being slightly better at deadlifts and squats, and me slightly better at most other things. Oh, but I'm about 50 pounds heavier, haha.

  • Hey man, thanks alot. Yeh, high rep stuff is great, thats usually what gets me most excited when I know I'm gonna be doing some crazy rep scheme.

Currently weighing 200 (+/- a couple of lbs)

I'm decent on pulling movements, but pushing (bench and shoulder pressing) I'm pretty poor on and get get up to some solid weight! Maybe when I'm in my 30s and my natural strength increases i'll be able to do a bit more :)

  • good job!

  • Thanls alot J.. I though more people woulda checked this out to be honest, people always seem to like the high rep stuff... oh well! :D

  • Hey man, great work!

I was thinking on to do 20rep sumo deadlift, do you think that I would have goob quad and overall development?

  • lose the straps

  • Yes, strength doesn't peak until you're in your late 30s, as evidenced by the age of most powerlifting record holders, so you have a lot of time.

Speaking of high rep, a couple of weeks ago I did alternating DB hammer curls with 25 lbs for 150 reps. Took about 7 minutes of straight curling to do. I think my front delt hurt more than my biceps, just from trying to stabilize the arm for so long. LOL
