@deepakkansl hi there, i see your confusion. actually i also learned it like you...i would say dont be irritated by that.
i also know from the PDP11 that in immediate mode the constant is within the instruction
or the autodecrement ...actually it makes more sense to decrement the register before using it, when you think about using the register as a stack pointer
"register indirect" is in my understanding that the register contains the effective addr.

how the register can hold the address instruction and we know that the register can have 8 bit instruction and the address is 16 bit address

That's So Cool I studded computer science,but i never got that much information from only one lecture,i was always asking my self how this things works and i got no answer, i think they were liying to us by telling us that we are studying computer,if i knew that , i will go to India from long time a go ,by the way not any one can explaine in this simple clear way thanks a lot
