@chopanddilly1 Thank you, however, being right was not my motive. I was concerned about reproach being brought on Jehovah's great name. Thank you for including the scriptural council. I want to commend everyone for their humble and mature attitude in this situation. It is hard to come across "loving" with limited space, but everyone took the council as intended.

@rossnorose I received an e-mail from a reliable source. The Branch in Chile investigated when the e-mail stating he was a witness was circulated. They found he was not a Witness, however, his mother is.

Samuel Avalos Acuña Avalos, 43, reportedly viewed his time trapped in the mine as penance for his earlier drug and alcohol addiction. He greeted his longtime girlfriend, Ruth Guzman, with a long kiss. "Welcome back to life and Chile," President Piñera told him."
Lesson: Check rumors out with those in the know before posting on a public forum. Not everyone who uses God's name is a Witness.

I`ve had Samuel`s photo on my PC screen ever since I heard he`s one of our brothers. He`s been mentioned many times in my prayers of course. Couldn`t help thinking of Jonah in the belly of the fish and how they both must have wondered "Will I ever get out of here?" And they did. Thanks to our loving father Jehovah.
