  • Any dish detergent will help the water penetrate to the skin. Thank you.

  • On average, how old are the ducks you process? Are they Pekin or Jumbo Pekin?

  • you should try to cook it the beijing style!! boil it for a short time, then hang them up to dry... then coat them with maltose syrup and then hang them up in ovens and leave them in there for 24 hours XD ... that will make them all shiny brown and the skin will be crispy and VERY delicious... if you want to taste the peking duck before cooking it so you have an idea.. go to any chinese restaurant that has an elaborated dinner menu.

  • can';ty you just leave the ducks in the water without taking it out? or are you afraid it might get cooked?

  • I suppose this tenderizes the meat also, or is that not a factor?

  • Very interesting equipment. Thanks for the video.

  • Good day sir, what liquid did you put on the hot water? thanks for uploading this vid.
