Just some of the movements I use for anaerobic systems weight training. There is a focus on power (I did this video following a heavy training session, so the weight isn't moving too fast :P) in the movements as well as metabolic conditioning.
Generally I would do sets of 10-20 for each movement (so about 30 - 45secs work) followed immediately by something like a timed 500m row before resting and doing another round.
