Oh my, Saturday afternoon TV will never be the same! Justin Wilson may seem country but he & Julia Child were doing Cooking TV when most of the You Tube audience weren't even thought of or at the very least still in diapers.

I would watch Justin Wilson everyday with my grandfather on PBS and we would laugh together listening to his stories this brings back some great memories

@charger19691 I agree with you. He was a great story teller, and character.

I really wish PBS would pick this show back up. We never missed a show. He is the best cooking host ever. It was just simple good food-no fancy required. I really miss Justin. AHH-eeeee!!!!

I love him and his accent. :)

@charger19691 Wilson was born in Roseland in Tangipahoa Parish, one of the "Florida Parishes" of Louisiana.
Anybody who makes fun of a sweet kind hearted man like Justin Wilson is pathetic. I don't give a rats ass where he was from! He was a great man and I miss him and probably millions of folks miss him too! Take your "gangsta" comments and go pick on some deralict rapper. For gods sake leave people like this alone!!!!

les Cadiens or les Acadiens) are an ethnic group mainly living in Louisiana, consisting of the descendants of Acadian exiles (French-speaking settlers from the maritime provinces of what is now Canada). Today, the Cajuns make up a significant portion of south Louisiana's population. Acadia was the name given to lands in a portion of the French colonial empire in northeastern North America that included parts of eastern Quebec, the Maritime provinces, and modern-day New England.
