What is this? Is it recent? I see the Scotts are involved. Didn't Tony Scott produce the film, 'The Hunger' with Catherine Deneuve and Susan Sarandon? Is this inspired by, based on that? I'm a little apprehensive. If this clip is typical than the direction is poor and the whole vibe is very '80s motorway UK killer'. Generally Ridley Scott is better than Tony in what he produces, 'Thelma and Louise' for example, hopefully his involvement is a good thing.
