Its cute. But she really should be rearfacing still.
I know this video is old but please keep in mind for future references that the new recommendations for children are up to 2 years rearfacing, up to 6 Harnessed in a 5pt harness and up to 12 boostered. My son will be rearfacing till he is 4. And harnessed till he is 8.
