  • PETER LAWSON 2011. check him out! 2155 yards 27 tds off just 203 carries!

  • 5:10 whys the dude following the squatter with his camera...

  • "...the wind was swirling."

    seriously??

  • 5:00 Um, I guess you could call that a squat.

  • 0:39 wtf is a back press?

  • even though they get their asses kicked by SC every year, at least their players don't break their trachea while doing bench presses

  • @ThatDunneKid190 3 rep max means max you can do for 3 which is generally a better indicator of 'power' then pure strength. They are football team so their form and standards are not to pro lifter standards as there goals are not to lift most weights but really just to be better athletes to perform better on the field.

  • @the4halves thats not true you can still gain muscle doing very low reps if the loads are very heavy, as long as your taxing the muscle you'll gain some mass. Although for optimum mass gains 8-12 rep range is ideal focusing on perfect form and muscle contraction instead of using power to move the weights like they were doing in these videos. Yet power training in low rep is important to develop power also.
