  • Judan = 10th dan

Imanari is nicknamed 'Tobikan judan' (i.e. master of leg locks) and Shinya Aoki is 'Ashikan judan' (master of flying submissions.)

  • @AlexDumortier thats pretty damn cool, might take this on as nickname :) thanks mate

  • @Esputahlo You could shorten it to 'sankaku-judan' since 'sankaku' means triangle (san = three, kaku = angle). Anyhow, I like you relentless submission style -- like an anaconda. Nothing flashy; instead, full commitment to a simple submission = Gets the job done. Look forward to seeing you in the big leagues.

  • @AlexDumortier thanks for all the comments mate, hopefully see me there soon :)

  • Sankaku jime-judan.

  • @AlexDumortier thanks for the comment, what does it mean??, i worked out the first bit is triangle??
