When Chief calls Arbiter a chimp, it reminds me of the infinite monkey theorem. (Something like, "An infinite number of monkeys with an infinite number of typewriters and an infinite amount of time could eventually reproduce the works of Shakespeare.") Pretty slick jibe if it was intended, but I'm guessing Chief just wanted to tell Arbiter to throw his feces around.

...Yeah, I read WAY too far into that.
