This test is a simulation of a flood wave flowing through and over a theoretical road structure using MIKE FLOOD. MIKE FLOOD couples a 2D MIKE21 FM Model (finite volume) with a MIKE11 1D structure. The MIKE21 model comprising of an unstructured mesh with triangular elements representing the floodplain and quadrangular elements representing the main channel. The MIKE11 1D structure comprises of three circular culverts. The road level (weir level) has been represented in the 2D model bathymetry.
