Volunteers needed for primary level education (ages 5yrs-10yrs) to teach English, math and other subjects. The teaching program provides supplementary lessons at the orphanage for its children as well as children from the local community.
The primary role of volunteers is to teach supplementary lessons twice a day to orphanage and community children. Additionally, volunteers provide activities and teach pre-school children aged 2 to 6. As a result of these lessons, the orphanage children tend to do better than their peers in the national examinations. Class size varies 5-15 children, depending on the volunteers.
