Campfire - A stop motion short by Dan MacKenzie

A stop motion animated short about a boy attempting to build a campfire. He does a bad job.

This film was primarily completed in a 2 month period back in early 2010, but as life goes, I never fully completed it until now, over a year later.

this is soooooooooo incredible, the movements are incredibly smooth, has a great feal to it, love the facial expressions, and you can really get whats going on in his mind, incredible, the fire was simply amazing with the paper, keep it up buddy! one of the best animators on youtube.

WOW, this is fantastic! I love the texture of everything, that home-made quality to it. The animation is very smooth. what did you use to make the head and hands?

@hofflover5 I made them! It took a few days, but I was able to create tiny patterns to use and make two pairs of shirts and two pairs of tiny pants. (A rough draft, and a final) You can fit about 4 fingers into the shirt. :D
