  • @thegameksk Be sure to warm up for about 1 to 2 sets of at about 60% of working weight so if your goal is to do 3 sets of 12 at 100lbs warm up some with about 50-60 lbs untill you are warm, I like to get a on a tread mill or elliptical for about 15 mins before I do heavy legs.

  • @thegameksk Most likely because you are locking your knees at one point, avoid this at all costs.

  • Sometimes when I do these I have pain in my knee. Any idea why this is and how I can avoid it?

  • @curiosity55 it means he farted so loud because the weights were heavy.

  • Check Vic's best leg workout video and look at 3:43 it shows what locking knees looks like

  • Huh how do you fart like hell?

  • @supercooled no and here is why(training basics) : so it sounds logic from your viewpoint BUT factor in overtraining. they constantly use their mouths so it cant rest ... atm i am thinking about whether you can actually get sore jaw muscles and a muscular jaw .. lol

  • with "locking the joint" does that mean to not fully extend your legs?

  • I used to do this exercise and I decided to add it back in once every two weeks, thanks for the video

  • DIdn't realize the polarized anatomy of the leg and arm muscles. I can barely bench press 150lbs but to hear people say you can do 2-3x your weight in leg presses astounds me.
