P90X Day 19: I completed the Legs & Back DVD. While the main focus of this workout lies in strengthening and developing the leg muscles (quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves), there are also a handful of great pull-up exercises to give your legs a quick breather while you work the upper body.

  • Just saying. How you doing with p90x anyway? I usually see your videos when I search for each day but haven't seen any updates from you in a while? :(

  • @lulabelle82 I stopped making videos when my business started to pick up more work. Making videos, especially the editing process for a 60 min workout + additional talking, takes lots of time. Because I do most of the work for my business, the amount of time I put into videos was not making me any money to support myself. If I was partner then I would have continued on every day.
