Microsoft Office Windows Installer Problem

http://live.pirillo.com - Poor Big John Midland. Every time he launches a Microsoft Office application the Windows Installer box comes up. Uninstalling and re-installing hasn't helped the issue. Luckily, I have a very good idea what the problem is.

Hey there I have a problem with windows installer also.. Whenever I need to update Itunes I keep getting this annoying message "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance." Please help.
