TEDxTransmedia was organized in the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. That's why I am opaque to all this stuff. I don't buy fantasy. I remain grounded in provable reality. I got away from the skill of pretending. I was afraid of Dungeons & Dragons, and the deeper the fanaticism to it, the more freaked I got. What this guy embraced, I ran from. I avoid religions, political parties, and any kind of fandom. Who's the better-off, I wonder?
