  • @bryg40 Keeping the mosquito larvae out of the water is pretty simple. I have small minnows or mosquito fish in the water. On the really small containers where I cannot have fish, I keep an eye on on the container. Most plants are simply damp with very lititle standing water. The plants usually absorbs all of the water and the rest evaporates during the day. So far no problems. In containers that do not have fish, I have to change out the water about once a week. Good question! Thanks!

  • How are you not getting mosquitos since that water doesn't seem to be moving in those containers? Are you one of the lucky ones that don't have mosquitoes in your area?
