http://ralapure.com This test demonstrates how Non-stabilized R ALA hardens when exposed to heat above 90 degrees fahrenheit. Non-Stabilized R ALA is not bio-available to your stomach in this hardened form. We actually took capsules out and had to find un-hardened un-stabilized R ALA to use for this demonstration. Stabilized R Alpha Lipoic Acid is 40% more bio-available than Alpha Lipoic Acid and has the "S" enantiomer (S-ALA) removed, then it needs to be stabilized or chances are you are getting hardened product that is not bio-available to your stomach.

  • @Soulnik We didn't want to pick on anyone so we didn't put the labels in the video. But basically you could pick any non-stabilized R-ALA and it will do the same thing. It is only the nature of the product. It isn't the fault of any companies product, just what happens to ALA when you remove the S from it.

  • @petecabrina Hi Pete, Your statement is not correct. R-ALA is inherently unstable. The RS-ALA is stable. When you separate the R from the S, it causes it to be very susceptible to heat and polymerizes very easily, as you can see in the video. There were no tricks, it was shot as you see it.

You can look up David Carlson of Geronova Research, Inc. He is considered one of the top experts on ALA research in the world. Try it yourself, a few minutes under a heat lamp will convince you.

  • Who is the R-Lipoic competitor company in this particular test?

  • Our ALA is yellow. The lights make it appear lighter in color than it is. The non-stabilized ALA turns a darker yellow color as it polymerizes.

  • Nice try but nearly all r-ala products are stabilized from bulk suppliers, nothing special here.

  • Why is your ALA not yellow?
