I have to be honest with you, neither one is really talented at all, even compared to other street performers in the park. They dress up like Game Of Thrones and play mediocre music. They are merely something "interesting" for tourists to look at.
..dont get me wrong, there are much more important things to utilize resources for, but they are no different than the Naked Cowboy of Times Square

This is so fucked up. The police should go after the real criminals and not these amazing artist. What the fuck is wrong with this society. I love Thoth and Lila'angelique they will always have my support.

They arrest people for not permitted street performances ? Why don't they just ask to pack up and leave ? Wtf ? Was that normal procedure, or power abuse by the black women ?

Guys need a permit to perform. They can easily contact the nyc parks dept. and pay for one. Thing is, when they perform, they attract a very large audience which can be a safety issue. Atmost he was issued a summonse and released.

Whoa buddy, that's pretty crazy you got arrested like that! Did they ever give you an actual reason for the arrest? I never saw them arrest that group of guys that always took over the area in summer of 2007 doing flips and playing loud music, etc. Strange.

What the heck were they arrested for??! They weren't hurting anyone. I like Thoth. I think he's a very talented guy, and so is the young lady performing with him.
New York is lucky to have people like this performing in your parks. In all but a few parks here all we have are junkies laying under the bridges and crackheads that'll shank you for a few bucks.
