Did some random crap using the debug mode and got some pretty humorous results. Ring Sonic FTW!

Hey, is it possible that your gamecube or pc can crash if you do Debug mode for too long?

I think just the game being emulated. You can press 'Z' to exit out of the game. It won't make the actual system crash though.

how did you get debug mode on sonic3?

It's hard as hell, but you have to press up, up, down, down, up, and up during the title sequence when Sonic is spin dashing towards the screen (wile the background is black). If you actually managed to enter the code correctly, you'll hear a ring and you can access the stage select by pressing down twice. Pressing start while holding A in the stage select allows you to use the debug.

I used to do this tricks in my old megadrive console... I read this things from videogame magazines since internet didn't exist (or wasnt mainstream) at that time.

mine crashed when i pressed the reset while being crushed XD but who cares it just exits so u can reset the game actually i wonder if you can cheat it to get the super sonic man i always wanted it
