  • @poisonouslead85 Nice looking fc. Do you drift with that thing? How long does the engine usually last in terms of competition use wise(weekend warrior)

  • @beekyosuke The 13BT (Turbo II) tranny is very strong for a transmission that came in a car that had 180hp stock. It can handle 500 hp to the wheels with little problem as long as you don't miss a shift on a drag strip or race course. The 13B tranny (the NA model) isn't as great, most people who are dead set on tracking or auto-xing an NA FC will usually swap to a Miata tranny for the shorter gears. I've spent more hours on FC's than I care to admit. I'll send you a message with some pics.

  • @beekyosuke that was a 13b s4 at 12psi HKS turbo system and exhaust it is clean but mine is dirty like a cheap trick. That is a friends car, I run 2nd gen s5 13b w/trudual exhaust, straight pipes and electric butterfly valve (:not legal:) and 10.8:1 supercharger made out of a friends old turbo. She's stripped down to the bare necessities weighing in at 1980 lbs (it isn't comfy but it's not supposed to be) running constantly on 135 octane to keep her idling. just don't use NOS and seals will b ok

  • @superrx7flash I hope you enjoyed some k-series stuff. I saw your first gen rx-7. Real clean and sounds real nice. Which exhaust you got? Sounds like an apexi or hks. And the bov sounds like hks. From my research back in the days, they said that rx-7 engines have problems with the apex seals and the fact that the engine consisted of many material type, so expansion rate was difference causing failure in short time. Please enlighten me in this modern day. I really want a fc still.
