Hey tell me please, how do you get this option on the right where you change the exposure etc.? I saw this lots of times in many tutorials, but couldn't find it... Help please!! :(
For my 5D Mark II that I just bought I notice that it allows adjusting the Exposure Compensation for 4 colors (includes Magenta) which does not line up with the Red Green Blue (RGB). Not being an artist, how do these 4 color line up with the 3 RGB colors? The camera allows some compensation with the 4 colors but not sure how this correlates with the 3 RGB colors. Also, why Magenta and not something like Brown or Yellow?
agree with photo927, great explanation! straight forward and so easy to understand now! this histogram always popped up on my friends cam, and i was like "get it off, whats that, arrgghh!!" but now i will be happy to use the histogram! perfect video! thank you!
Thank you, great learning tool... something I have avoided somewhat in the past... kinda afraid it was too hard to learn but not once you get the hang of it...is much better now when I shoot!
