It's a TRAIN, not a Volkswagen bus people. Don't freak out about some broken ditch lights and a cracked mirror.
Keep up the good work hogger.

How did you become a train engineer? Where you a union employee who got to bid on that job? Or did you have to have special courses to apply to be an engineer? What are your shifts like? 12hrs shift or 5 eights? Any help to give me my dream job!

Cool. I work for a tourist railroad and I remember 2 years ago stopping for down trees. The one was a big tree and we didnt want to derail the train. No damage was done to our Alco S4. Then last year Another guy and I Tried to clear our line but we didnt have a chainsaw. So another person had to come out whith a saw.

"Branch line" - WORST pun ever.
Nice job destroying one of our old locomotives. That was LIRR #257.

Were you given authorization to destroy your locomotive before you proceeded through the trees? I work for a shortline tourist railroad and we stop for anything in the way of our engine. Tho are engines date back to 1955

Hi CWREmployee, this branchline is in the middle of nowhere, no roads to get to us. We cut off our train because we thought it might derail with branches snapping back under the wheels of empty box cars. We were given permission to proceed with our locomotives to see how far the path of this storm went. We ended up with broken ditch lights, bent hand railings and a damaged speedometer cable.
A night I'll never forget.
Thanks for watching!
