Beginner - Intermediate level.

Using the wall as a prop. Moving into beginning Sirsasana, Eka Pada Sirsasana and Parsva Sirsasana.

Do NOT practice asana unless you have had a consistent practice for at least 1 year and are under the guidance of a qualified yoga instructor.

  • However you didn't mention that we have to form a traingle with the end of both elbow and head, and that gives the support for the headstand and alow balance.

  • Very good demonstration and slow and steady , I used to do with both the leg together , but the cycle I never tried , this is very good demonstration of Sirsasana. And you stayed quite long , now I get tired ..1 min max I can stay.., very good. 10 points.

  • Thank you Shakaama for your comments :)

Yes, it would be great to have another camera (or learn how to edit my videos so I could add different views!)

    Again, thanks for your feedback.

    Om shanti,

    Roberta :)

  • this is a very good video. you're a very good teacher and you convey the seriousness of the form, and medical concerns about the form.

I only wish there had been a 2nd camera at a side angle to see what you were talking about the various "wrong" positions.

    but an excellent video nonetheless.

  • Excellent work on demonstrating not only what it takes to do this, but also talking through and demonstrating common mistakes. Very helpful for beginners.

  • 5 points for this deonstration

    very good
