dude, that was italy! the whole place is a wreck under their current government! and i don't mean that as an anti-right attack, but the current government is pretty right wing and fascist! and on top of that, hospitals in the US obviously wouldn't just downgrade to bare concrete walls! you'd keep almost all the current ones, and the massive amounts of public money that would go into it would be spent on hospitals too, its not like you lose out there. have you seen british hospitals?!
