Absolutely love this, and everything it stands for. Nick Vujicic actually came and visited my school a year ago, and his story gave me a whole new outlook on life.

the point of the story is that all human life matters! to respect human life & the dignity of human life! just because someone is different does NOT mean that they are any less of a person! & that all people have beauty. not to mention that you can turn what may be a negative to you, into a positive.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've been getting into foreign films for the last ten years, and started discovering indie movies during the last five, but that American pop-culture childhood boogyman doesn't just fade overnight, I'm afraid.

@mytruepower2 Thank you :-) I was never inundated with Hollywood, I grew up in Europe and always enjoyed there deeper films with more psychological meaning that allowed me to feel and think deeper. And this little film is wonderful, that is what I call Indie Films. Find here also another very short film called Porcelain Unicorn and another one The Same Time Tomorrow, both wonderful. I think you will love them as much. All the best.

You're probably right. Maybe I'm just reacting badly to the trend because, like most people who've watched tv or movies, I've been inundated with Hollywood "beauty" for years, and I'm sick to death of seeing it. This film is a breath of fresh air by comparison.
