He had two career options, alternative rock and pterodactyl noises. Shortly after a record deal and an immensely popular single, he still couldn't quite make up his mind.

@keeleh21 Not sure how that works, when Kurt Cobain had no talent. Thom Yorke owns Cobain in every conceivable way. For starters, his career isn't based on one (overrated) record, he didn't kill himself, and he's a far more gifted muso, singer and songwriter.
Yorke dyed his hair blond because of one of his biggest influences: David Sylvian from Japan. As for the grunge element, The Pixies were Yorke's favourite band at college.
Yorke > Cobain. Radiohead > Nirvana. Clearly.

@Sucharush31 No problem, but my comment was only a comeback to some guy's comment based on his username. If I were him, or you, I wouldn't take it personally - it's just easy to hit people on the fingers with a stick when they think they've made a comment and they don't expect a comeback from anyone.
