@jerzy862 not finished origins yet but from what i take its how he see's his mother due bein in a mental ward he has repressed memories of his mother bein there plus he see's her as a monster cuz she tried to kill him and herself as a child it could be like the second game cuz lisa felt sorry for his mum before you entered the room so she could of seen his mum for what she is wheres he seen her as a monster cuz of his past with her and how he remembers her and how she was in the ward

@darkemocosplayer i found she was pretty weak shes nuffin' in comparrison to the incubus he was the toughest boss in all silent hill games haha its like two hits from its electric and your dead
