I havent had a solid sh_t in 15 years because i stay on the Jenny Keg program its 18 beers a day and i do the flush everyday keeps my pipe clean and it like its sterilizing the inside with Alcohol , and i feel GREAT afterwards .
Remember try the Jenny Keg program it works .

Damn mami, 12.99 for GRADE B? I got grade A Syrup at Walmart for 6.98.. But it is a struggle, Im on day 2.. I know this is an old video.. But I'm using this as an inspiration, to help me push through..

I am going to start the cleanse tomorrow. Keep up the good work. Tip: I think that adding sugar to your tea is not a good idea... maybe try stevia (its a natural plant sweetener from most health food stores that is not a sugar).
