This is possible, but extremely tricky, I have yet to master it, but I believe the actual input is just jump > attack > jump, the hard part is the speed and timing of it

From what I see of it, it's main use is to do a backward smash attack, which can be very useful since his range of his front smash can be tripled thanks to this and make it less risky

I've been maining Yoshi since the ORIGINAL Smash Bros BTW

@HatchlingByHeart: Change your controls to where B = jump and X = special.

Then, in order to perform the tech, slide your thumb from Y=>B=>C-stick (down). It's the only real way to do it 100%, and it still takes hours of serious practice to get it down.

I call bullshit on this. This can't legitimately be possible without some kind of code or mod. I've mained Yoshi for nearly 3 years and was never able to do this. I would've definitely used this to my advantage if I had discovered it. I even spent an hour specifically trying to do this after seeing this video.
