Chicken piri piri - very easy Recipe - quick and healthy

Chicken piri piri is an great and well known recipe. Piri piri is Swahili for red pepper. You can eat it this chicken recipe with rice or beans. OVer the whole world there are many different ways of making this dish, this is our take. And it is healthy and quick to make too!

@karata91 You are only half right as the entire name in Swahili is "pilipili nyekundu." Piri piri is the correct spelling of the name used in the Portuguese language, namely in Portugal and Mozambique, to describe the African bird's eye chili. Other English language spellings may include pili pili in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or peri peri, deriving from the various pronunciations of the word in parts of Africa.
