Wow! That was really good but for me BHS on beam is like way harder than Backwalkover on beam!! I'm the oposite LOL!

whats up with the description? first off, l6 does do a backwalkover on beam, and second a back extension roll on beam? you dont do a back extension roll on beam!

L6 can do either a back walkover or a back extension roll. This gymnast struggled with getting a back walkover, matter of fact, she never did get over her fear. But she can do a backhandspring which both her and I found interesting.

I do not spot on this skill for the most part. I spot them on the low beam for their first attempt. From that point on it is a matter of them moving mats in and out as they progress up to the high beam. Notice she has two mats under her beam. She chose to do her first backhandspring on the high beam with two mats. She then progressed to no mats. Viola!
