  • Are you still going to the gym, graham?

  • @XrotarebiL no I do not go to the gym anymore, but I hope to start again soon.

  • @GrahamAndFriends Mate no offense but all you've done is blow wind up our & your own ass. You make all this video's saying you're changing your life, you're exercising and eating healthy and then you don't do it. Stop trying to lose weight for other people and do it for yourself. If you can't stick to it for yourself then you should just admit defeat and lay down and eat yourself to death. Get the fuck off your ass and make a change mate..You don't have to be like this forever

  • @Yamaftw420 I want to lose weight for myself, but I do have some emotional problems about it. I will have to get serious about it soon, as I am running out of time. I am 48 years old now.

  • Graham would be a great host for Play School.

  • You looked handsome then and not much different to now.

Grahaam, have you thought about signing up to the Biggest Loser?

I thonk that would be greatr for you and it would get your name out there so that you'll be a household name plus think of it as a free way of getting the bet help and advise too.

All the best ,mate. : )

  • Graham. You were handsome and you still are! I love your sense of humour and your personality and you!!! Big hug!

  • stud !

  • you are missing only his beard! :)

  • Being overweight often is a psychological sign of insecurity, just as being underweight is. Have a read of Louise Hay's books "Heal Your Body" and "You Can Heal Your Life" sometime - they can be an aid to getting your life on track. You can diet and go to the gym as much as you like, but you've got to eliminate any negative thought patterns that caused you to gain weight in the first place. Good luck, and get active! :)

  • You Can Do It! You Can Do It! You Can Do It! You Can Do It Buddy!

  • You were a cutie in 1994 and still very cute now! x
