@praetorian2150 i second that to the fullest. i got pulled over in fargo here in my old evo doing bout 50 in a 30 and he gave me a ticket. not 2 months after i didnt have the evo anymore and had my 06 srt8 jeep. SAME COP PULLS ME OVER!!!!!!!!!! doing 75 in a 60. i have a speeding problem. he recognizes me and says "now that you are out of a ricer, drive safe and if i catch you again speeding it wont be pretty" ill never forget it

OFFICERS HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO DO THIS IN MY AREA !! but dont be fooled, it is often done as a trick to gain knowledge on illegal street modification for future reference. The same officers show up to local cars meets to photograph such parts - believe me ( from experience )
