Please keep in mind that this is only one possible movement substitution. There are many others, depending on your ability and equipment level, and program design. Also, please take into account event to event changes in the obstacles.
With regards to The Devil's Beard, some locations will have you upright, others may have you on your knees. This will influence your preparation movement selection.
