@edanielleh Lean proteins....just as sbfw1425 says, chicken, turkey or you can do tofu or beans. For my meals (I'm female, 25, 5'10, and have TONS of fat to lose lol) I do 1 palm full of lean protein (chicken, turkey, tofu, tuna/other fish, beans, etc) or 2 palms for my bf plus 2 cupped hands of veggies. In this video, the finished product is pretty much what we eat all the time. I eat 5x/day and am -35lbs. This is called Clean Eating :)
