@drdethdefy If you mean the clean guitarpart in the breakdown: He probably switched off his overdrive pedal (Billy rarely uses distortionpedals) and it sounds like he's using a a choruspedal set at a slow rate or speed.
If you mean his playing: When they wrote the material for 'All Or Nothing' Billy couldn't talk because of vocaldamage so he took it out on guitarparts and stuff. It does help that Billy can actually play guitar without showing off.
