"Stargate" Kriya Yoga: Seeing The Divine Lights And Hearing The Divine Sounds; Third Eye

This is parts 2 and 3 of my series, "Stargate Kriya Yoga: How To Open The Stargate." It will be followed by Parts 4 and 5, "Protecting Your Star Center" and "Overcoming The Three Poisons." To progress to the next historical stage of spirit evolution, I believe we will have to cut through all the guru worship of the past and get right to teaching people how to have mystical experience. I hope this series helps do that.

@TruthVigilante That seems normal to me. I've heard the inner sounds whenever I've listened for them for many years. They are as natural as any natural sounds, just more subtle. Once one gets attuned to the sounds, they can always be audible.

Thank you, Deniz. I'm hearing the Om sound in every meditation now, and even in the quiet moments in my daily activities I'm hearing the sound. This is so cool!!! I relate to it as the sound of the Source from which I am, and the physical universe is, an emanation. I know that this is a sound which my Atman is hearing and is reaching my temporal mind via my unconscious. Seeing the divine light is my goal now. This is the coolest adventure ever! Thank you :)

I think the first crucial step is just being told and knowing it's there, because if you're in a culture where people don't acknowledge the existence of something, that non-existence becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy for the people in that culture. People need to know that the subtle body, with all its sounds, lights, and sensations, is part of their natural state of being, and then they will surely experience it more.

I would just say I'm a yoga teacher. I believe we all astral travel in the dream state, but only some become conscious of this. As for sharing your esoteric experiences, the Bhagavad Gita and Bible both advise against tryiing to foist this on those who are unreceptive, hostile, or mocking. Esoteric knowledge is for those who sincerely seek it with both an open mind and an open heart.
