@naturalhairz are you a bussines owner or just someone with a card? cuz if you just had that money taken out of your personal card its fraud with a different company youd have to contact your branch directly. i work for the fraud department thats how i know. if your a merchant then i cant answer that question cuz thats not my department and wish u the best of luck.

@Tyshow they are bad they are scam they took 19,00 out of my account and now i have to get my lawyer to get it back. money was taking out of my account that was not giving to me them there process system

Also if you really wanna end your live go step into a cash advance from your future business sales percentage. You will be so indebt you will most likely close down. This is why I laugh at these credit card companys who get ripped off by fake accounts who order up stuff and then bail or get a cash advance with fake documents and scam the credit card company/ processors.

If you wanna except credit cards your gonna get fucked one way or the other, so deal with it and First Data is the king in this business following Nova.WELCOME TO THE UNREGULATED WORLD OF CREDIT CARDS muauauahahahahahahaaa. This is industry is blue collar crime at its best with their self written contracts with hidden fee's and the cool thing is nobody really knows it.

Do NOT trust FIRST DATA with your money.... Go to google and type in first "data merchant services complaints" Find out for yourself what they do!

horrible customer service, they will keep on charging you for the equipment even if you cancel and pay early termination fee of $90. Rude, hang up on you and supervisors never call back. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!

The company is full of crooks. I have contacted the attorney general, filed a formal complaint with the FTC, and had my attorney file a law suite against them... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY... They will still your money... They stole over $25,000 from me..
